Looking to grow your lacrosse game? Directed by McDonogh Girls Varsity Assistant Coach Eva Winiarski, this lacrosse camp is designed for players who want to improve both their individual skills and game play. By breaking down steps in shooting, passing, and defensive footwork, campers will hone position specific skills and fine-tune the necessary skills needed to play at a high level. The players will then apply these skills in daily competitions that challenge their individual growth and game awareness. Also, some Division I game film will be reviewed and broken down to reflect and learn from the top players of the game today.
Players will be asked to work on lacrosse skills, hand-eye coordination, and quick footwork. Additionally, players will be asked to complete journals after reviewing relevant clips from games.
