Lunch is included in tuition, and students have access to a variety of healthy hot menu options, fully stocked salad and sandwich bars, and a rotation of homemade soups. The dining hall staff encourages a balanced approach to food choices and takes care to feature local foods, including ingredients harvested from our own Roots Farm. In addition to local and international dishes, Sage Dining Service offers a wide range of gluten-free products. The Spotlight Program, which teaches the importance of variety, balance, and moderation, is designed to help students develop a positive relationship with food and make informed choices. Menus, complete with ingredients and nutritional information, are available for parents and students to plan healthy choices in advance. Breakfast and dinner are also included in the boarding tuition.
