FALL 2022 ATHLETICS INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
McDonogh School offers high-quality programs that challenge students to reach their limits in terms of endurance, self-discipline, loyalty, self-confidence, dealing with winning and losing, and getting along with other people.
Students who play on interscholastic teams will be asked to provide certain personal equipment for participation in sports (i.e. shoes, gloves, lacrosse stick. etc.).
All students (PK-12) are required to have a physical examination form completed by a physician, a health report completed by parents, and a concussion baseline assessment each year. Students who do not have an updated physical on record with the school nurse will not be allowed to attend school, participate in extracurricular activities, or participate in athletic practices or games.
Please mail all completed physicals to:
McDonogh School Infirmary
8600 McDonogh Road
Owings Mills, MD 21117
You can easily view the status of all health forms under the Manage Records link on your Personal Page on McDonogh’s website. To access your Personal Page, log in with your parent username and password at http://www.mcdonogh.org.
If you have any questions about your physical or other health records, do not hesitate to call the school nurse at 443-544-7015.
