Math Explosion 2018
There was an absolute explosion of math on McDonogh's campus Friday, May 4 as the Lower School Math Explosion Day took over the Rosenberg Green and the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Athletic Center. The lower schoolers participated in a wide variety of activities from a mini-golf course built by eighth graders, to constructing spaghetti towers, and playing carnival games run by sixth graders. All of the activities centered around math challenges, showing the lower schoolers how math can be found everywhere. It was a fun, math-filled day.
