Gallery Reception for Benefit Art Show

A gallery reception for the McDonogh HeART Show and Sale to benefit the Archer Senft Special Needs Trust Fund will be held Thursday, February 4 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the Tuttle Art Gallery. More than 100 pieces of art were produced by Upper School students and faculty in the Visual Arts Department to support Archer Senft, a McDonogh junior who suffered a severe spinal injury in August.

The artwork on display in the Tuttle Gallery and the adjacent walls on the top floor of the Edward St. John Student Center is available for purchase beginning at $50. Archer, an exemplary artist himself, has been involved with the Art Department since his freshman year. Several limited edition copies of his paintings as well as postcard booklets featuring his work are also for sale.
