Lynda Schultz - Retired Faculty & Staff - McDonogh School

Lynda Schultz

15 Years of Service (2011–2026)

Lynda Schultz, the heart of the College Counseling Office, will retire after 15 years of incredible service to McDonogh.

For the past decade and a half, she has been the welcoming face that greets anxious students, the calm presence during application deadlines, and the organizational backbone that keeps the office running seamlessly. Her dedication to our students and families has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Always prepared for anything, Ms. Schultz has handled every challenge with grace, positivity, and her signature smile. Her unwavering support has lifted not only our students but also every member of our faculty. Through the busiest seasons and the most stressful moments, her kindness and warm spirit have been a constant source of encouragement and stability.

Ms. Schultz's impact on our school community cannot be measured solely by the number of transcripts processed or appointments scheduled. It lives in the confidence she's instilled in nervous students, the relief she's brought to overwhelmed parents, and the genuine care she's extended to everyone fortunate enough to work alongside her.

Lynda, you have been a cherished part of the McDonogh story. We wish you all the best as you begin your well-deserved next chapter.
