Crickett Kasper Named Chief Philanthropy Officer

McDonogh School is pleased to announce that Crickett Kasper will join the community as Chief Philanthropy Officer, effective April 1.

Kasper brings two decades of educational advancement experience to McDonogh. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Independent and International Schools at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where she led programming for more than 900 schools worldwide and established herself as a sought-after advisor and thought leader in the field.

Prior to her work at CASE, Kasper served as Chief Advancement Officer at Singapore American School, where she raised more than $2 million annually and laid the groundwork for a nearly $40 million capital campaign. Her innovative initiatives there —from parent engagement strategies that achieved record-breaking participation to faculty giving programs that significantly increased involvement—demonstrate her ability to build authentic connections and inspire meaningful philanthropy.

"What truly stands out about Crickett's approach is her strategic mindset paired with a genuine passion for our educational mission," says Head of School Dave Farace ‘87. "Throughout the interview process, it became clear that she excels at translating institutional vision into compelling narratives that motivate action and investment, always with an emphasis on collaboration and community-building."

Kasper's international experience is complemented by deep Maryland roots, including previous development roles at Towson University, St. Paul's School, and St. Paul's School for Girls —giving her unique insight into both McDonogh's local community and its larger aspirations.

Kasper's appointment follows a comprehensive search process that identified her as the ideal candidate for this pivotal leadership role.
