Aimee Leishure Named McDonogh CFO

McDonogh’s Head of School Dave Farace ‘87 announced that Aimee Leishure has been named the School’s next Chief Financial Officer. Leishure brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, with a strong background in long-range planning, capital projects, and institutional operations. She has served in senior finance roles across a range of organizations in the education sector, with expertise in budgeting, governance, and financial sustainability. Further, she holds a CPA license, a degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware, and has completed coursework in AI and business strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.

“It became clear during the interview process that Aimee is a collaborative leader and someone who will bring discipline, insight, and thoughtfulness to her work at McDonogh," said Farace in an announcement to faculty and staff on Thursday, April 23. "We look forward to her building on the excellent work of the Business Office as she guides our efforts in the years ahead.”

Leishure is the proud parent of a graduate of the Class of 2023 and a rising McDonogh senior. She will begin her new role on June 1.
