Healthy Sleep Seminar Tonight


Is your child's sleep keeping you awake? If so, please join us for Healthy Sleep in Children and Teens tonight,Thursday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klein Lyceum. Dr. Erin Baehr, Ph.D., a sleep disorder specialist and current McDonogh parent, will discuss why sleep is important and what "normal" sleep is for children as they grow. She will also share her thoughts on the challenges parents face in encouraging healthy sleep habits and offer strategies to help children sleep well and feel their best during the day. This presentation is open to parents of current and prospective McDonogh students. Babysitting will be available for children ages four and older.
