Philanthropy Celebrated
More than 60 of the McDonogh Fund’s most generous donors gathered at the Head of School House for the Orange and Black Society Dinner on Wednesday, May 24. The beautiful weather and bucolic scenery created the ideal setting for guests to mingle with one another and members of McDonogh’s administration while celebrating their leadership in philanthropy.
After a catered dinner by Linwoods, Head of School Dave Farace ’87 thanked donors for their incredible support, President of the Board of Trustees Rob Young ’86 explained the importance of the McDonogh Fund, and trustee and Philanthropy Committee Chair Kristin Finkelstein ’03 explained how she sees the benefits of philanthropy in her childrens’ classrooms every day.
