Cultivating Character Kick-Off
The energy and enthusiasm among lower schoolers soared at the kick-off of McDonogh's Cultivating Character program on Wednesday, September 7. Director of Character and Service Bridget Collins '90 was joined by the McDonogh Eagle on stage in the Horn Theatre where she explained the program and the different ways they will explore and practice the monthly themes.
After singing the crowd-favorite, We've Got a Lot to Be Thankful For, students and teachers headed back to the Lower School to color Cultivating Character banners and to enjoy a popsicle treat. The banners will be displayed outside throughout the school year.
