Young Alumni Reconnect With McDonogh Family
For young alumni, Thanksgiving break was an opportunity to be with their own families and to reunite with their McDonogh Family. The weekend of catching up began on November 21, with a Wednesday night Happy Hour for the classes of 2005 to 2016, at Bond Street Social in Fells Point. On Thanksgiving morning, younger young alumni and members of the senior class gathered in Paterakis Hall for a breakfast featuring pancakes being flipped by Head of School Dave Farace. On Friday, girls soccer alumnae met for breakfast and boys lacrosse players held their annual odds vs. evens alumni game which was followed by a lunch. Later that afternoon, members of the Class of 2011 hosted the Fourth Annual Will Hauver '11 Memorial Paddle Tennis Tournament at the L'Hirondelle Club.
