Celebrating Bob Lamborn's 100th
When a person is looking forward to a milestone birthday, it’s cause for celebration. When that person is former Headmaster Bob Lamborn '35, who will celebrate 100 years in July, it becomes a highlight of McDonogh’s Reunion Weekend. Alumni, colleagues, family, and friends gathered to celebrate the school’s eighth headmaster at a luncheon at Roots Farm on Friday, April 27. In addition to greetings, gifts, a toast, and cake, his granddaughter Taylor Lamborn ’07 serenaded him singing, “What a Wonderful World.”
