    Position Details

    General Summary

    McDonogh School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Varsity Volleyball Coach to lead our competitive, IAAM A Conference Volleyball program for the upcoming season.

    This is a seasonal coaching position running from August through October.

     

    Essential Functions

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive training program that aligns with the school's mission to provide life-altering athletic experiences
    • Create a team culture that emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship
    • Oversee the JV and Middle School Teams

    Additional Experience

    • High School or College Coaching or playing experience is required.

    Working Conditions

    Coaching responsibilities include early morning, evening, and weekend commitments during the season, with off-season duties including team off-season training, recruiting events and program planning.
