Louis E. Lamborn Alumni Memorial Field House

Memorial Field House is named for alumni who lost their lives fighting for our country. Dedicated in 1948, the year of McDonogh’s 75th anniversary, the gym was fully renovated in 1999. In 2012, the space was renamed The Louis E. Lamborn Memorial Field House in memory of Louis E. “Doc” Lamborn, Headmaster of McDonogh from 1926 to 1952. It is used for athletic practices, games, pep rallies, dances, and some school assemblies.
