Research shows that the modern-day athlete benefits from participating in a variety of sports. Each day, All-Sports campers engage in a rotating schedule of sports with other kids their age. These sports include soccer, basketball, baseball, flag football, floor hockey, volleyball, disc golf, and more. The camp also includes daily swimming. The highlight of each week is our Color War in which campers compete in exciting team events.

Former and current college athletes teach game fundamentals, encourage friendly competition, and reinforce the value of spirit and sportsmanship. Field trips will return for the 2024 camp; activities such as bowling, a baseball game, or skating are potential trips.

Become a better athlete. Dominate your sport. Learn how to get bigger, stronger, and faster. Build your confidence in and out of competition.

Every athlete must have a good foundation and the proper building blocks to reach their optimal performance and dominate their sport. Those athletes who have a strong grasp on body mechanics, lifting techniques, and fluid movement have a distinct advantage in overall performance, ability, and accolades. Every day the campers will work on barbells, dumbbells, as well as kettlebell lifting techniques that will help them physically develop. The goal is to educate and challenge campers each day, building on previous lessons. The continued growth will allow campers to build confidence and body control.

Camp focus points:

  • Weight lifting (barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell)
  • Running mechanics
  • Speed, agility, quickness
  • Explosiveness
  • Recovery techniques (swimming, stretching, yoga)
  • Discussions on nutrition
  • Team and individual competition
  • Games
  • Confidence, leadership, accountability

In addition, campers will work on techniques to make them better runners, be more agile, and help with recovery. Helping the campers develop proper recovery techniques will ensure they learn vital self-care.

Camp coaches are previous college athletes, as well as certified personal trainers and coaches. Each coach has a skill that they will highlight during camp leading exercises and competitions throughout.

Every day there will be times of instruction, performance, competition, games, and recovery. The goal is to learn and have fun doing so. Team building, leadership, and accountability are the building blocks and backbone of this camp.
