We will conduct classes for the Fabulous Fitness course, which is part of Middle School Academy, in the Osbourne Alumni Room. MS Academy runs 5/12/25-5/28/25. The Osbourne Alumni Room provides a classroom setting where we can deliver academic learning in the same building as the weight room and other athletic facilities that we use daily in our course.

We have a special guest joining us for middle school academy (Coach Matt Lochte). He is going to lead a basketball workshop for our morning and afternoon classes. Morning class is from 8:40-10:55 and afternoon is from 12:25-2:40. He is requesting we have a basketball for each student (27 total) and hoops.

The Memorial Day Service is now a shine only event (will not be moving inside for inclement weather - but there is a rain date of Thursday, 5/22). This service is now for 4th grade, 8th grade and US students and Fac/Staff only (no LS). We are renting chairs from Loane to be set-up around the monument on Memorial Court. Everyone should have a chair. All other ceremony details remain the same as in previous years.

This event is for a weekly, recurring meeting for Team 8 curriculum planning, student progress, and other important matters related to the academic and social development of our students.

This is the first of required student training for the 8 students traveling to Japan in June.

This reservation is for grade level activities during our Academy program. Different activities will occur each day with alternate grades

This event is for upper school cheerleaders who are having pre-liminary tryouts before returning in August.

Daily practices for the 11 different various groups on the Eagle Swim Team.

This event is for parents of students traveling to Spain this summer.
