Spanish II Gets Cooking
Jim Ventosa's Spanish II classes have spent the last few weeks studying the cuisine of different Spanish speaking cultures. On Tuesday, March 26, they put their culinary talents to the test in the Kelly Center kitchen as they chopped, blended, and sauteed ingredients for four different sauces. The sauces, traditionally found in cuisine from Spain, Peru, Argentina, and the Caribbean, will be available to taste at Multicultural Night on Friday, March 29.
