AfterCare offers a warm and welcoming environment where children can unwind, connect with friends, and engage in fun, age-appropriate activities—all under attentive supervision. Each day includes a mix of indoor and outdoor play, with opportunities to run, climb, build, read, and explore. A light snack is provided, and students who have homework are given a quiet, monitored space to focus and complete assignments.

The program is available to students in kindergarten through fourth grade and operates on regular school days (Monday through Thursday from 3:45-6:00 p.m. and Friday from 3:15-5:00 p.m.).

AfterCare begins on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, and runs through Thursday, May 28, 2026. Please note: AfterCare will not be offered on the following dates: Tuesday, November 25, 2025; Friday, December 19, 2025; Friday, March 13, 2026; and Friday, May 1, 2026.

AfterCare Schedules and Fees

Parents must note on the daily dismissal form if their child will be staying for AfterCare. The fee is $25 per day per child, whether attendance is scheduled or drop-in. However, families will not be charged more than $100 per child per week if the child attends all five days (Monday through Friday). All fees will be billed to your FACTS account.

Late Pick-Up: A late fee of $20 for every 15 minutes will be charged if a child is picked up after AfterCare ends—6:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. on Friday. This fee will be billed directly to your FACTS account by the Business Office.
