Calendar

The parents will bring food, so we need access to the kitchen next to the room. We will also need access to the video screen/projector. Trash bags will be needed, but the families will clean up the area and take home any leftover food.

I have the start time at 3pm because the parents will need access to the room to put up some table decorations and bring the food in to set up before our game at 4pm.
