Rising Kindergarten Pumpkin Planting

Each spring, rising kindergartners meet at Roots Farm to plant pumpkin seeds with their new classmates. In the fall, they return to the farm to help harvest the crop and learn how to make pumpkin muffins. It’s their first farm-to-fork lesson! Please arrive between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. so that there is plenty of time to plant and enjoy a casual wander around the farm. Rain Date: Sunday, May 31st
