The US course, Contemporary Francophone Identity, is a survey of the French-Speaking world and centers around the cuisines of each region. As such, each section will be cooking during many of the 100 minute periods we have in the fall. Because I will be out on maternity leave until the first week of December, I am going ahead and booking the dates for my long-term sub, Nathalie Behrens. Keith Ridgeway will be teaching the second section and I have reserved for him, as well.
