Mystery Solved: McDonogh Has Holiday Spirit
Zoinks! Jinkies! Jeepers! Scooby-Doo and friends solved yet another mystery during the All-School Holiday Assembly on Friday, December 13. The annual event which featured talented singers, dancers, and musicians from all three divisions also included a story of the missing holiday spirit. Between the festive performances, the characters from the beloved-yet-predictable cartoon followed McDonogh-centric clues to discover a ghost who undecorated trees, punctured the inflatable Hanukkah bear, and made the chapel bells play “Monster Mash.” When the culprit was revealed and taken away, he was heard saying, “I would have gotten away with it, too, it if it weren’t for those meddling kids.”
