My Sweet Valentine
There was a flurry of flour and a shower of sprinkles at Roots Farm as Chef Staley taught PK classes how to bake sugar cookies. With Valentine's Day fast approaching, the littlest Eagles rolled, cut, baked, and decorated beautiful barns and happy hearts. Head of School Dave Farace '87 even joined in on the confectionary fun. Students packaged their heart cookies to take home, but quickly devoured their barns right there on the spot. They left the farm with their tummies, and their hearts, full of joy.
