Head of School Day Celebration
Despite the cool and foggy conditions, Head of School Day on Friday, May 3 exuded a feeling of warmth, as six faculty and staff members were recognized for their 25 years of service to McDonogh and seven others, who are retiring, were given a fond farewell. The all-school part of the morning included musical selections by ensembles from each division and concluded with the editors of the yearbook dedicating the 2018-2019 Legacy to Susan Waskey, Upper School Administrative Assistant. After the Lower and Middle Schools were dismissed, Head of School Day continued with the presentation of academic awards to deserving upper schoolers.
