Experience the most outrageous fun you'll have all summer at one of the finest water sports facilities in the country. Nationally certified instructors will train and challenge campers on the pristine waters of the Gunpowder River. All water, all wet, all the time.
The week long camp experience includes many exciting choices including Stand Up Paddle Surfing, Water Trampolines, Windsurfing, Kayak Challenges, Paddling Adventure Tours, Hobie Cat Sailing, Water Volleyball, Swimming, Team Building, and Boating Safety.
All water sports equipment and daily roundtrip transportation to Ultimate Watersports from McDonogh School is provided. Basic swim skills are mandatory.
Chesapeake Expeditions
Ages: Boys and Girls 10 to 14

Independence Day Week

Designed as a single-week only course. A maximum of 12 students will be admitted per session; minimum of 8 students needed for course to be offered.
Chesapeake Expeditions will lead campers on a unique aquatic adventure along some of the most scenic waterways of the Bay. Explore backwater creeks and open water beaches from a variety of watercraft including kayaks and paddle boards. Discover all the wildlife native to the Chesapeake whether spying through binoculars, snorkeling through the surf or from behind the lens of your camera. Five days, five unique expeditions! Our expert guides deliver a once-in-a-lifetime experience your child will never forget!
The week long camp experience includes many exciting choices including Stand Up Paddle Board Trips, Snorkeling, Kayak Excursions, Nature Photography, Kayak Fishing, Chesapeake Bay Wildlife. Baltimore Sailing Camp
Ages: Boys and Girls 11 to 14
Hours: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (M-F)
Dates: July 16 to July 27
Tuition: $790
Campers will learn to sail two person JY-15 sailboats under the instruction of US Sailing Certified Instructors at the Baltimore County Sailing Center. The first week will cover safety, basic boat-handling, and sail trim while the second week delves campers into a world of racing and on-the water games. Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim.
