Sportsmanship and Spectator Etiquette

Let the players play, the coaches coach, and the referees officiate.

McDonogh School expects great sportsmanship of all parents, athletes, and coaches. Parents are asked to cheer positively for their child's team at both home and away games. Questions regarding officials' rulings will be addressed by the coaches.

When possible, spectators are asked to sit away from the team bench during games. If issues arise, it is best to address them with the coach the day before or the day after a game rather than on game day.
