The Alumni Association Distinguished Service Award

The purpose of the Alumni Association Distinguished Service Award is to provide recognition to that individual in the McDonogh family who, in the opinion of the awards committee, has devoted his or her time and efforts most generously on behalf of McDonogh students, the School, and the Alumni Association. In the selection of the recipient, particular emphasis is placed on "behind the scene" activities recognized by McDonogh School, the Alumni Association, by other groups, or the community at large.

Any member of the McDonogh family, living at time of selection, including, but not limited to alumni, trustees, parents, faculty or staff members, is eligible. For purpose of definition, an alumnus/alumna is any person who has attended McDonogh and is considered a member in good standing with the McDonogh Alumni Association. The nominees shall have made significant contributions benefiting McDonogh School, its students, its graduates, or the Alumni Association.

If you wish to nominate an individual for the Alumni Association Distinguished Service Award, or self-nominate, please e-mail Jen Corrigan, associate head of advancement for alumni relations, at jcorrigan@mcdonogh.org and provide the name and the specific reasons for nomination.
